New home for future engineers.
Fresh engineering talent is being welcomed into a new home in Hampshire.
BAE Systems has opened a new state-of-the-art training facility for apprentices at Portsmouth Naval Base.
The dedicated training centre is designed to offer apprentices a place to learn and develop their skills.
BAE's Education Partnerships Director, Richard Hamer says the company's committed to providing opportunities for young people and told THE COAST: "it's an exciting time to join our business, it's an exciting time for apprentices to be with us and to learn about all about the naval tradition and new technologies for the future".
