Thousands of symbolic roses are laid in London.
A campaign for proper maternity care worldwide has taken its message to Westminster on Friday.
Mothers from across the country have laid3,000 white roses opposite Parliament.
The Save the Children campaign says it represents the pregnant women who will die this weekend, because of poor maternity care.
Sarah Boniface is a campaigner from Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
She hopes it'll raise the profile of the problem.
