Woman cleared over fatal Hants crash
Not guilty of Death by Dangerous Driving charge.
A Hampshire woman charged with causing death by dangerous driving has been cleared.
The jury of three women and nine men has returned a not guilty verdict, after hearing evidence in the case against Julia Moore from Rownhams Road, Southampton, for the past two weeks.
Twenty-seven-year-old cyclist Greg Dear died following the crash in Southampton in October 2008.
