The prize is valid for travel within one year of the prize draw, subject to black out dates as specified.
The flights tickets may be used to travel on Emirates from London Gatwick to Dubai during 2010 between the following dates:
14 February 2010 - 27 March 2010
12 April 2010 - 14 June 2010
05 September 2010 - 08 October 2010
01 November 2010 - 09 December 2010
The tickets are valid for one year, subject to space availability and are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-upgradeable, non-refundable and have no cash value. Skywards Miles cannot be accrued and chauffeur drive is not permitted when travelling on these tickets. All applicable flight taxes must be paid by the prize winner prior to the flight being issued.
For travel on any Emirates flights throughout the route network it is the responsibility of the individual passenger to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey. Visa applications for entry into countries requiring them for certain passport holders must also be obtained prior to travelling, failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft. Where health documents are necessary to comply with the requirements of any country, it is the responsibility of each passenger to procure them. Failure to obtain such documents could result in being refused entry into the given country.
All prize winner hotel reservation requests are subject to availability and black out dates apply during peak holiday periods. Although prize winner reservation requests are based on current availability at the time of booking/request, the booking may be cancelled or relocated should the business change considerably. The hotel reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation/hotel in the case of overbooking or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel the booking within a reasonable period of notice. The prize may not be extended and neither is it transferable or exchangeable for cash.
